The Montblanc Star Legacy Full Calendar first catches the eye with its aesthetic design codes that indicate the hours, minutes and seconds combined with day, date, month and moonphase in one of the simplest and most elegant of ways. The date is indicated by a hand which culminates in a little red crescent that sweeps along a wreath of thirty-one digits around the dial's periphery. The day of the week and the month appear in apertures, while the lower half of the dial is reserved for the moonphase display. The design codes of this practical timepiece are directly rooted in the spirit of fine watchmaking and draw upon the 160 years of Minerva heritage. All the codes of the Star Legacy collection are present, including Arabic numerals, blue leaf-shaped hands, the Montblanc exploding star guilloché pattern, a railway minuterie track and filet sauté guilloché.
